Makeout Palace began in the summer of 2019, in Boston, MA when friends Colin Ratcliff and Eva Levin met. After just a week they had already written and begun recording their first songs. They soon brought in drummer, Aidan Shapiro, to complete their sound, and released an EP that same month.

Driven by their influences of The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Joy Division, The Beatles, and more, they created their first full-length album, The Midnight Show. They are currently working on their second album and playing together as much as possible.
